Topics - Should we be dressing for bed in order to wrest more happiness from those long hours of the night? A behavoural modification expert writing in the Huffington Post, Dr Beth Ricanati, argues for a reinstatement of pyjamas. To summarise her arguments, be they flimsy or flanellette, she's saying in this busy world we have stopped making an effort with what we wear to bed, but feeling good often comes from the outside in, and pyjamas will make you treat bed more seriously and get more from your kip. It's Road Safety Week, and talking on a mobile phone while driving is just as dangerous as getting behind the wheel drunk. That's according to the Assistant Comissioner of Road Policing.
