There's no such thing as a free lunch, but for hundreds of families there is such thing as a free dinner, and that's thanks to a network of volunteers delivering meals.

Every month in 18 locations around New Zealand, hundreds of mums get together to cook and then deliver tasty food to families with newborn babies and families with young children.

Bellyful volunteers raise the money for the ingredients, then prepare and cook the meals for delivery into the community.
