The first Chinese/English magazine about the Beijing Punk Scene launches in Wellington. Up the Punks project co-coordinator and photographer John Lake spent three months on an artist's residency in Beijing to record Beijing's growing punk scene with some very entertaining Vimeo recordings going viral already.
