The police in Hamilton are treating as unexplained the death of a person whose body was found yesterday.
They say it was found behind some properties in Lake Crescent in the south of the city, after a call from a member of the public.
The person has not yet been named, as the police say they are contacting the family.
A post-mortem is expected to be completed today.
