A Levin women who died after falling off her horse yesterday has been named as Laurie McNulty, 39.
Emergency services were called to Gladstone Road in Levin just before 5pm.
Police said Ms McNulty died at the scene despite the efforts of emergency services.
The death has been reported to the coroner.
