One of three teenage men seriously injured in a car crash near Turangi on Monday afternoon has died.
Orlando Bell, 19, was in the back seat of a Subaru Impreza when it hit a tree on Te Rangi Tautahanga Road. He died last night in Waikato Hospital.
The driver and front seat passenger remain in hospital.
The police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and want to hear from witnesses, or anyone who has relevant information.
