Female chauffeurs win damages from Saudi prince

Three women in the United States who were sacked as chauffeurs because their client, a Saudi prince, wanted only male drivers have each been awarded $US130,000 in damages.

They were among 40 drivers hired while the prince was receiving medical treatment in Minnesota.

The women were dismissed on their second day.

Women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia.
