A man is recovering in Dunedin Hospital after being stabbed outside a city bottle store overnight.
Police said the man was attacked outside the Bottle-O store on the corner of Princes Street and Moray Place about 3.30am.
He had stab wounds to his neck and back.
Police said they would like to hear from any witnesses.
