A man robbed a Christchurch dairy with a knife this evening.
The man was wearing a dark blue hoodie and black pants when he entered the Riccarton Road dairy about 7.15pm.
He showed the dairy owner a knife before making off with the till.
The police say the man ran northwards on Matipo Street towards Peveral Street.
