The NZX50 index closed up 2 points, to 3480 at close of trading on Monday.
The New Zealand dollar is buying 79.60 US cents, 78.15 Australian cents, 51.38 pence, 63.31 Yen and 0.6475 euro and the Trade Weighted Index is 72.41.
Fletcher Building was up 5 cents to $6.27, Telecom was down 0.3 cents at $2.45, Chorus was unchanged at $3.20 and Contact Energy was up 1 cent at $4.85.
Sky City Entertainment was down 5 cents at $3.47, Sky Network TV up 4 cents at $4.87, Auckland International Airport was up 2 cents to $2.44, Xero was unchanged at $5 and Hallenstein Glasson was up 2 cents to $4.09.
Pyne Gould Corporation was down 2 cents to 27 cents after selling some of its stake in both Heartland and PGG Wrightson.
