The Warehouse has bought import specialist Insight Traders saying the deal will enhance its sourcing and multichannel capabilities.
The country's largest listed retailer says the deal will enable it to continue to provide a wider range of products.
The Warehouse says it will also provide an alternative source of bargain products for the recently launched Red Alert one-day deal website and its store offerings.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
