Fletcher Building has made changes to its management team.
The company's new chief executive, Paul Adamson, has moved Paul Zuckerman from the company's steel division to its laminates and panels unit, which Mr Adamson headed before replacing Jonathan Ling.
Meanwhile, Fletcher Building has created a new position, Business Strategy and Performance, which will be run by Gerry Bollman, a senior manager with Fletcher Building's Formica arm.
A replacement to head the now vacant steel division will be made in coming weeks.
