The successful takeover of Fisher & Paykel Appliances by Haier will result in changes in the NZX50 index.
The whiteware company will be removed from the index and replaced by Steel & Tube Holdings.
The change will take place from Wednesday next week.
Meanwhile, Haier says acceptances have risen to 95%.
