Kiwibank has continued to have the highest satisfaction ratings among the country's banks.
Roy Morgan's latest research shows Kiwibank's satisfaction fell 2 percentage points to 83%.
BNZ and National Bank rose 1 percentage point to 82%.
Kiwibank has ranked first of the six major banks every month since mid-2008.
The gap between all six has also decreased, with both Westpac and ANZ making gains.
