Property for Industry says it will pay a first-quarter cash dividend of 1.7 cents per share on 29 May.
The listed property company says it has again decided to suspend its dividend reinvestment scheme and the board will continue to assess whether to operate or suspend the scheme on a quarter-by-quarter basis.
