Quadrant Private Equity has further cut its stake in the retirement home operator, Summerset, selling 30 million shares.
Quadrant now owns 22% down from 37%.
Summerset's chairman, Rob Campbell, says now more shares are available for Australian institutions to buy when the company lists on the Australian stock exchange.
