Trade Me says the number of jobs advertised on its website in the three months to June has risen 11%, compared to the same period a year ago.
This follows a 5% decline in vacancies the previous quarter.
Trade Me said the growth was being driven by Auckland, with listings up 15%. largely due to a bouyant construction sector.
Christchurch vacancies were up 14%, compared to a year ago.
