Stock exchange-listed owners of Wellington office buildings says their properties have been cleared for re-occupation following Friday's severe earthquake.
The Kiwi Income Property Trust says its buildings, which include The Majestic Centre, Unisys House, Aurora Chambers and 44 The Terrace, sustained only minor damage in the quake.
Argosy Property, whose Wellington buildings include Stewart Dawson's Corner and Te Puni Kokiri House on Lambton Quay and the TSB Bank building in Waring Taylor Street, says inspections by engineers revealed no structural concerns.
However, there is some minor, mainly cosmetic, damage to be addressed, Argosy says.
