Fletcher Building has appointed a new general counsel and company secretary following the retirement of Martin Farrell.
Charles Bolt will take up the role, he joined the company in 2002 as corporate legal counsel and is currently general manager Group Legal.
Martin Farrell will retire from Fletcher Building in October following the annual shareholder's meeting.
He has worked for the Fletcher group for 33 years and has been in his present role since 2000.
