Stolen Rum of Auckland has reached a distribution agreement with Beam Australia, which the company says will dramatically increase its presence in the Australian rum market.
Beam Australia has a route-to-market partnership with Coca-Cola Amatil, which has a nationwide sales-force.
Stolen says this will mean it will quickly become available in many more bars restaurants and large chains throughout Australia.
Stolen says the spirit market across the Tasman is valued at $A5.2 billion.
