Summerset has won the best retirement village operator in Australasia award for the fourth consecutive year.
It was one of nearly 80 retirement village operators across Australia and New Zealand which were rated.
Between them, those companies operate more than 1200 villages.
Summerset's chief executive, Norah Barlow, says the award gives the company more credibility.
