Two Metlifecare Limited directors have resigned, following the sale of over a third of the company shares by Retirement Villages New Zealand.

RVNZ sold their 37.7% share in the retirement village company.

Geoffrey Grady, who has served on Metlifecare's board of directors since September last year, and his alternate director, David Hunt, have stepped down as of Friday.

Metlifecare says it expects to announce their successors next month.
