Tourism Holdings' chief financial officer Ian Lewington is stepping down from the role in February, after 15 years with the company.
The company has appointed Mark Davis to the role, starting in February.
Mr Davis has been chief financial officer at The Radio Network for the past eight years.
Tourism Holdings also says Nicole Edgerton has resigned as general manager strategic projects, and this role will not be replaced.
Ms Edgerton will remain a director and shareholder of Hauraki Motor Homes, a substantial security holder in Tourism Holdings.
