Solution Dynamics reported an after tax profit of $327,000 for the six months to the end of December, compared with an $18,000 loss last year.
It says the result reflects a number of steps taken during the 2013 financial year to reduce costs in the business and particularly costs associated with the international marketing of the software business.
Solution Dynamics says it is on track to deliver higher than expected earnings for the 2014 financial year.
