Sparkling water on tap is set to become more common in cafes.
Founder and director of the Australasian water cooler firm, Just Water International, Tony Falkenstein, says while demand is growing in this area, the margins are thin in what remains a competitive industry.
He says there's a big demand for cafes for sparkling water on tap
and they also supply chilled water and boiling machines, so people can make a cup of tea without having to boil the jug.
Mr Falkenstein says the traditional water cooler is easier because with the sparkling water needs gas bottles which need to be changed.
