The New Zealand share market was up 15 points, or 0.5%, to 3207 on Friday. Turnover was $73 million.
Fletcher Building gained 28 cents to $8.17 per share, Contact Energy rose 15c, while Telecom was down 2c to $2.55.
PGG Wrightson rose 13c to 78c, after announcing that China-based Agria Corporation will pay $36 million for a 13% stake in the rural services company.
Sky City Entertainment Group was up 3c to $3.39 but Auckland International Airport fell 2c to $2.01.
Pine Gould Corporation gained 6c to 47c.
Restaurant Brands was up 9c to $1.42 after announcing a half-year profit of $8.9 million.
