The Christchurch-based software company Diligent Board Member Services believes it will be able to keep expanding at the same record pace over the next few years.

Sales in the fourth quarter rose 78% to $US1.5 million, while licence revenues grew by nearly a third to $US750,000.

Diligent has been granted a new $1 million credit line, which its chief executive, Alex Sodi, says will be used to expand the business. He says the company is considering entering new markets.

The company sells most of its product in the United States and Europe.
