Spotless Group has bought Australian-based cleaning company CE Property Services for an undisclosed amount.
Spotless says it has signed a conditional agreement to buy the company, which generates $A140 million in revenues per year.
CE Property Services operates in Britain, Europe, the United States and the Middle East, which Spotless says will allow it to enter these markets.
