SkyCity Entertainment Group intends to appoint Christchurch director and consultant Sue Suckling as a non-executive director.
Ms Suckling is currently the chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, Barker Fruit Processors, ECL Group. She is a director of Restaurant Brands and a member of the NZ Takeovers Panel.
Her appointment requires regulatory approval.
