Diligent Board Member Services says record sales in the final quarter of last year, will contribute to its first full year operating profit.
The software company helps boards keep track of their papers online and generates its income from annual subscriptions for the software.
It reported revenue of $6.5 million in the final three months of 2012, compared with $2.5 million in the same period a year earlier.
That brings full year revenue to $18 million, more than double that in 2010.
Diligent says it will be profitable for the entire 2011 year, for the first time in its history.
Diligent signed 203 new clients in the quarter, compared with 59 in the same period a year ago.
