The German firm trying to take over Turners Growers has increased its stake slightly.
BayWa launched a $216 million takeover offer for Turners Growers last year, after securing the 63% holding of Guinness Peat Group.
It now has acceptances giving it 69% of the company.
The offer closes on Wednesday.
