Vodafone lost 14,000 mobile customers in New Zealand in the final three months of 2011.
Figures from the company's British parent, show it had 2.4 million customers in New Zealand at the end of last year, 67% of whom were pre-pay customers.
The company says revenue growth in New Zealand has been affected by cuts to mobile termination rates and the uptake of more competitively priced tariffs.
