New Zealand's women's football team has been knocked out of the Olympics, losing 2-0 to the United States in the quarter-finals.
Abby Wambach scored the first goal for the United States mid-way through the first half and Sydney Leroux scored the second as the match neared full-time.
The US will play Canada in the semi-finals at Old Trafford in Manchester on Monday.
Canada beat Britain 2-0 at Coventry. Both goals were scored in the first half.
On the other side of the draw, France qualified for the semi-finals by beating Sweden 2-1 and will play Japan at Wembley.
