A boy missing for several hours in Otara on Saturday has been found safe and well.
Richard Faleono, aged three, wandered off from his mother in the Otara town centre at 11am.
He was found by a Samoan family who, having failed to find his parents, took him home, fed him and gave him dry clothes.
Police say they had been attempting to find his family through a local Samoan radio station rather than by contacting police.
