Martin leads on day two of NZ PGA

Australian golfer Andrew Martin has fired an eight under par 64 on day two of the New Zealand PGA championship at The Hills course in Arrowtown.

Martin's total for the two rounds is 131, 13 under par and five strokes ahead of a group comprised of the New Zealander Mark Purser and the Australians Brody Ninyette and Clint Rice.

Two other New Zealanders, Mark Brown and Michael Hendry, are a further stroke back.

One stroke behind them is South Korea's Jeong Jin, who equalled the course record of 62 in his round on Friday.
