Two people were arrested in Te Awamutu on Thursday morning after an incident last week when a police car was rammed in Kihikihi.
Armed police raided a house and took a gang member, 41, and a woman, 31, into custody.
Two other people were also arrested on unrelated charges.
All four will appear in Hamilton District Court later in the day.
