A 17-year-old man remains on life support and in a critical condition at Wellington hospital after an assault in Paraparaumu on Saturday.
Police say the Kapiti teenager was outside Retro Bar at about 3am when it appears he got into a fight with a group of people.
He was found unconscious at the nearby Coastlands shopping mall carpark.
Police say a scene examination of the carpark is now over but their investigations will continue on Sunday.
