ACC has admitted another privacy breach - this time sending a page of client information to a claimant with the same surname.
Television New Zealand reported that information sent included details of the client's criminal history.
ACC says it was one page of information amongst 3000 pages of requested material.
The corporation says it is working to improve its processes but some errors may occur during the reforms.
