A list of remaining problems with a new school payroll system will be published online from Tuesday afternoon.
The Novopay system developed by Talent2, an Australian company, has been beset by problems.
Novopay has been responsible for about 8000 errors since it was introduced at the end of August.
In some instances, employees were not paid at all.
Associate Education Minister Craig Foss says a backlog of about seven hundred problems remains.
He would not say whether the developers of Novopay will be fined over the errors, or whether teachers will be compensated as a result.
