A truck and car have collided on Auckland's north-western motorway, causing major delays.
The crash happened in the city-bound lane of State Highway 16, about 300 metres before the Lincoln Road off-ramp on Monday morning.
The driver and passengers have been taken to hospital.
Police are advising motorists to avoid the area, as one of the lanes is closed.
