Two men are in hospital after they were stabbed in Timaru in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police said a 21-year old and a 20-year old were assaulted about 1:20am on Church Street.
They said the 21-year old made his way to Sophia Street before collapsing opposite The Sail and Anchor Bar and Cafe, where he was assaulted again.
He was taken to hospital, and the other man admitted himself about three hours later.
Police said their injuries were not life threatening and three people had so far been arrested.
Two Timaru men, a 19-year old and a 25-year old, have been charged with assault.
An 18-year old woman has been charged with possession of a knife and possession of cannabis.
