A New Zealand skier has suffered a serious injury during a warm-up session before the women's slopestyle final at the X Games in the United States on Sunday.
Snow Sports New Zealand says freeskier Rose Battersby injured her back and has been taken to the Aspen Valley Medical centre where she is in a stable condition.
