A man is due to appear in court in Fiji on Tuesday in connection with the death of a six-year-old New Zealand boy.
Mohammed Khan died from a gunshot wound on Saturday and his 14-year-old cousin was injured in the same incident.
Police say a 34-year-old who owns the gun will be charged with manslaughter and contravening firearms laws.
They said the boys were in Nadi visiting a house the six-year old's family is building when the shooting occurred.
