Brothers arrested over sword attack near Thames

A second man has been arrested after an attack on a man with a samurai sword near Thames.

A 23-year-old man suffered a broken jaw and facial lacerations when he was attacked at his home at Matatoki on Monday evening.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested shortly after the incident.

Police said on Wednesday that his 21-year-old brother has also been arrested.

The pair are charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
