North Islanders made a clean sweep of the national championship titles at the sheep dog trials, at the weekend.
Stuart McNeill, from Te Pohue in Hawke's Bay won both the huntaway events: the zigzag huntaway with Shot and the straight hunt with Bruce.
Dave Davy and Ike from Taihape won the long head and Paul Campbell from the Bay of Islands, with Dime, took the short head and yard.
