Name suppression lapses for pair in migrant case

Name suppression has lapsed for two of six Asian people charged in relation to the exploitation of migrant workers.

Yao Wen Jiang and Mo-Hon Man, also known as Humphrey Man, appeared in the Wellington District Court on Thursday, along with their co-accused.

They all facing a range of charges, including providing misleading information and aiding or abetting the breach of a permit.

All have been remanded on bail to reappear in court in April.
