An army officer facing a charge of indecent assault is to go before a court martial later this month.
The officer faces six other charges, including assaulting a woman and committing an act likely to prejudice service discipline.
The charges relate to incidents last year.
The court martial at Trentham Military Camp, near Wellington, begins on 27 April and is expected to last three days.
