One person is in a critical condition after a car crashed into a power pole on Auckland's North Shore.
Three others were also taken to hospital, two with serious injuries, following the crash at Lake Road about 4am on Saturday.
Diversions were in place while Lake Road was closed at Kawerau Avenue for about four hours to allow the Serious Crash Unit to examine the scene.
