Harcourts International is expanding to South America, where it will partner with real estate consultants in Brazil.
The company says it plans to have the Harcourts brand established in Brazil within the year, before expanding from there.
Brazil is seen as a stable economy with a relatively new real estate industry.
The company launched its brand in South Africa last year and says it has had interest from around the world in partnering with real estate franchises.
