Police investigating the killing of a South Auckland woman have charged a man with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Leanne Kingston's body was found in her Papakura home by one of her sisters nearly two weeks ago after she did not pick up one of her children from school.
A 43-year-old man has been charged with her murder.
Police say they arrested a 42-year-old man at his Otahuhu home on Wednesday night.
He will appear in Papakura District Court on Thursday to face a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
